Walkthrough
1. Talk to the Grand Master Roen in Cedric's School.
2. Talk to Blacksmith Altran.
3. Head to Elven Ruins. Kill Orc Warrior Tunat and Orc Sniper Tunat until you obtain Broken Blade Top and Broken Blade Bottom.
4. When you get the bottom and top of the blade, talk to the Blacksmith Altran.
5. Talk to the Grand Master Roen in Cedric's School.
6. Return to Blacksmith Altran for your reward.
