1. About the project

Monche is an amateur project for the Lineage II community. These terms cover monche.pro, a game knowledge base, and elarion.club, the Elarion website and account services. The administration uses the name Monche and is based in Ukraine. Contact: [email protected].

2. Using the websites

You may browse publicly available reference materials without creating an account. Features that require an account are subject to the rules displayed when you register or use them. If you disagree with these terms, do not use features that require your agreement.

These terms do not remove rights that applicable law guarantees to you. A change to the text is not permission for new processing of personal data or an automatic agreement to support the project financially.

3. Accounts and security

When you use an Elarion account, provide information you are entitled to use, keep your login credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorised access. Do not use another person’s account without permission or impersonate another person. We will not ask you to send your password by email.

4. Acceptable use

Do not attack the websites, bypass access controls, distribute malicious software, overload the service, send spam, publish unlawful content, disclose other people’s private data or infringe intellectual property rights. Automated access must respect technical limits and must not disrupt other users.

5. Game information and availability

Reference information may contain errors, change between game versions or differ from a particular server. We may correct and update materials and temporarily restrict access for maintenance or security. Reference pages do not guarantee particular game results, rewards or continuous availability.

6. Voluntary project support

You can voluntarily help the project meet the costs of server hardware, hosting, maintenance and further development. Possible ways to contribute include one-time donations, recurring support through a subscription, or contributions associated with Elarion coins. The available options are described on the relevant support page when enabled.

Elarion coins can be used in Nexus, our community space for communication and interaction. The amount credited, available uses and any restrictions must be described with the relevant option. A support subscription, its duration and any recurring charge must be clearly explained before confirmation; recurring support requires a separate informed choice.

Calling a contribution voluntary support does not remove rights granted by applicable law. If a subscription or Elarion coins include digital benefits, the applicable conditions for receiving those benefits, cancellation and refunds must be disclosed. 7. Intellectual property

Lineage II and related game materials and trademarks belong to NCSOFT Corporation and their respective rights holders. All rights reserved. The use of these materials for reference does not transfer ownership to Monche. Original project materials belong to their authors. Report a suspected infringement to [email protected] and identify the material and the rights concerned.

8. Restrictions and external services

Access may be limited where necessary to stop abuse, investigate a security incident or comply with law. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and consider an appeal sent to [email protected]. Links to unrelated third-party services do not mean that Monche controls their content or privacy practices.

9. Responsibility and updates

Responsibility is determined by applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will publish changes on this page and update the date. Material changes affecting an account or future project-support arrangements may require separate notice or agreement. Contact [email protected] to report a problem or discuss a dispute.
