How to understand necessary storage, account-related processing and privacy requests for monche.pro and elarion.club.
1. Scope and contact
This notice describes personal-data handling associated with monche.pro and elarion.club. The amateur project is administered under the name Monche, Ukraine. For privacy questions and requests, write to [email protected] and identify the website and, where relevant, your account. Do not send a password or unnecessary identity documents.
2. Data involved
Opening a web page transmits technical information needed to deliver it, including an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Security and diagnostic records may also contain request times and error details. Public game entries are reference data, not a request to provide your real identity.
If you register, sign in or contact support on Elarion, the information you submit and records needed to operate the requested account or respond to the request are involved. The fields shown in the relevant form determine what you are asked to provide. Messages sent to [email protected] include your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to deliver requested pages and account features, respond to requests, remember interface preferences, diagnose faults and protect the services against abuse. Depending on the operation and applicable law, the basis may be providing the service you request, a legal obligation or legitimate interests in proportionate service security. Optional processing that requires consent must rely on a separate choice, not merely visiting a page.
4. Cookies and local storage
On the Monche pages using the unified design, monche_cookie_notice records acknowledgement of the necessary-storage notice for 180 days. This cookie does not authorise analytics or advertising. The interface may also remember the sidebar preference in local storage; that preference has no automatic expiry and can be cleared in your browser.
Analytics is disabled in the current Monche page configuration. The Got it button acknowledges an information notice; it is not consent to tracking. Account functions on elarion.club may require authentication and security cookies. You can manage cookies separately for each domain using your browser; blocking necessary storage may prevent account or preference features from working.
5. Access, service providers and transfers
Technical operation involves infrastructure such as hosting and email services. Access must be limited to what is needed for the relevant task. Data may also need to be disclosed where the law requires it. Merely following a link to another domain does not transfer your Monche browser storage into that domain; the destination receives its own connection information.
The location of an infrastructure provider can affect where data is processed. Where a cross-border transfer is subject to statutory safeguards, the applicable safeguards must be considered before transfer. Contact [email protected] for information relevant to your particular use of the services.
6. Retention and security
Retention depends on the purpose: account operation, handling a support request, investigating a security incident or meeting an applicable legal duty. Data should not be retained longer than that purpose requires. The 180-day notice cookie and persistent interface preferences are described above; contact [email protected] to clarify the retention applicable to a particular account or technical record.
Use a unique password and protect access to your email account. No internet service can promise absolute security. If you suspect unauthorised access or a data incident, contact [email protected] promptly and describe the problem without sending credentials.
7. Your requests and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to relevant processing and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Some rights depend on the context and may be limited by a legal duty to retain data. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Send requests to [email protected]. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. Requests are handled within the period required by applicable law; where GDPR applies, the usual period is one month, with extensions only where legally permitted. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority, including the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU data-protection authority where applicable.
8. Project support and future features
Voluntary support helps cover server hardware, hosting and maintenance. Possible options include donations, a support subscription and contributions associated with Elarion coins, which can be used in Nexus, our community space for communication and interaction. An option is available only when the relevant support page is enabled and explains its conditions.
Before activating a contribution method, we must explain the relevant data processing: for example the contribution amount, date and status, and any link to an account, subscription or Elarion coin balance. The provider, required data, purposes and retention information must be disclosed for the chosen method. This notice does not treat planned methods as already active.
Before introducing optional analytics, advertising or new uses of data, the relevant notice and any necessary consent choices must be updated. Revisions appear on this page with an updated date; changing the text is not consent to new optional processing.
