Darin in Talking Island Village asks for help confessing his love to Gatekeeper Roxxy. Deliver his letter, return 
Roxxy's Kerchief, collect the “magic” potion from Magister Baulro and return to Darin.

Darin — a love letter
Talk to Darin in Talking Island Village. He asks you to deliver his love letter to Gatekeeper Roxxy near the temple.
Gatekeeper Roxxy — the reply
Give 
Darin's Letter to Gatekeeper Roxxy. She admits that she also likes Darin, takes the letter and gives you Roxxy's Kerchief to return to Darin.
Darin — Baulro's receipt
Return Roxxy's Kerchief to Darin. He takes the kerchief and gives you 
Darin's Receipt: take it to Magister Baulro to collect the potion for the date.
Magister Baulro — the “magic” potion
Give Darin's Receipt to Magister Baulro in the temple. He takes the receipt, gives you 
Baulro's Potion and explains that it contains plain water, intended only to give Darin confidence.
Return to Darin
Take Baulro's Potion to Darin. He takes the bottle, thanks you for your help and rewards you with 
Necklace of Knowledge.
Notes
Magister Baulro admits that his “magic potion” is plain water: the story is only meant to give Darin courage. Item chain: Darin's Letter → Roxxy's Kerchief → Darin's Receipt → Baulro's Potion; final reward: Necklace of Knowledge.
